These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Claudecademy ("we," "us," or "our") through claudecademy.io. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these terms. Please read them -- they are written in plain language on purpose.
What You Are Buying
Claudecademy products are digital educational content. This includes:
- PDF documents
- Markdown files and lesson content
- Skill files and agent templates
- Cheatsheets, frameworks, and reference materials
All content is delivered digitally. There are no physical goods, live sessions, or ongoing services unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
How Purchases Work
All sales are processed through Gumroad. When you make a purchase, you are transacting with Gumroad as the payment processor and Claudecademy as the seller. Gumroad handles all payment processing, receipts, and delivery of digital files.
By purchasing, you agree to both these terms and Gumroad's terms of service.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Claudecademy products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. No hoops, no hassle.
To request a refund, email hello@claudecademy.io with your Gumroad receipt or order number. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
License and Permitted Use
When you purchase a Claudecademy product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content. This means:
- You may use the content for your own learning and personal projects
- You may apply the skills, frameworks, and techniques you learn to build your own products and businesses
- You may reference the material for your own work
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share the purchased content with others
- You may not upload the content to public repositories, file-sharing platforms, or course-sharing sites
- You may not use the content to create a competing course or product that reproduces our material
- You may not claim authorship of the content
In short: use it to learn and build. Do not give it away or resell it. One license, one person.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, designs, and branding associated with Claudecademy are the intellectual property of Claudecademy. This includes course text, lesson structures, frameworks, templates, graphics, and the Claudecademy name and logo.
Your purchase grants you a license to use the content as described above. It does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
No Guaranteed Results
Claudecademy provides educational content and teaches systems, skills, and frameworks. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, income, or results. Your results depend on many factors including your effort, existing skills, market conditions, and the nature of your projects.
Any examples, case studies, or results mentioned in our marketing or course content are illustrative and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of similar outcomes. We are teaching you how to fish -- we cannot guarantee you will catch one.
Content Provided As-Is
Our digital products are provided "as-is" and "as available." While we strive to create accurate, high-quality educational content, we make no warranties or representations regarding:
- The completeness or accuracy of all information
- The suitability of the content for your specific use case
- Uninterrupted or error-free access to digital materials
- Compatibility with all software versions or future platform changes
Claude Code and related tools are developed by Anthropic and may change over time. We update our content when possible, but cannot guarantee it will always reflect the latest tool versions immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claudecademy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
Account and Access
Access to purchased products is managed through Gumroad. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your purchase. If you lose access to your files, contact us and we will help you get set up again.
Changes to Products
We may update, improve, or modify our course content over time. If you purchased a tier that includes future updates, you will receive access to updated versions at no additional cost. We reserve the right to add or reorganize content as the course evolves.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we will notify customers via email. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
